Parish Engagement Director
St. Joseph Church is seeking a Parish Engagement Director. This position will contribute to the accomplishments of St. Joseph Church by identifying, cultivating and challenging all parishioners to practice a stewardship way of life by sharing their Time, Talent and Treasure with a focus on fulfilling the mission statement of the Parish. Overall responsibilities are to establish, maintain and execute a plan to help support annual fundraising goals and promote the increase giving programs established at the parish. Additional duties will include daily execution of all elements of a strategic plan. Emphasis is placed on face-to-face contact with parishioners. Teamwork is the key to success and collaboration is necessary. This position requires a practicing Catholic and prefers a Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in management, fundraising or customer relations.
