Parish Office Coordinator
St. Joseph Catholic Church is seeking a faith-filled, full-time Parish Office Coordinator. This position oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and supports the Pastor and Assistant Pastor with key functions such as coordinating Baptisms, Marriages, Funerals, and other events. Daily responsibilities include managing of emails, phone calls, mail, scheduling calendar events and appointments as well as basic bookkeeping functions and database management. A high level of communication, confidentiality, organizational skills, and multitasking are key qualities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks, data base software, and working with typical office equipment are also desired. Parish Engagement Director

St. Joseph Church is seeking a Parish Engagement Director. This position will contribute to the accomplishments of St. Joseph Church by identifying, cultivating and challenging all parishioners to practice a stewardship way of life by sharing their Time, Talent and Treasure with a focus on fulfilling the mission statement of the Parish. Overall responsibilities are to establish, maintain and execute a plan to help support annual fundraising goals and promote the increase giving programs established at the parish. Additional duties will include daily execution of all elements of a strategic plan. Emphasis is placed on face-to-face contact with parishioners. Teamwork is the key to success and collaboration is necessary. This position requires a practicing Catholic and prefers a Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in management, fundraising, or customer relations.
