The primary purpose of the acolyte ministry is to assist our priests in the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Acolytes assist at Sunday Masses, during weekday Masses, on holy days, at funerals, for the Stations of the Cross, and more. Acolytes also serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for the sick, elderly, and homebound. The pastor invites new prospects to consider being acolytes.
